Arms Embargo).

Draft A, The Netherlands do not appear to be a

party to the 1919 agreement - see my despaton No.404

of 1928.

In paragraph 5 "Great Britain" should be altered

to "the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern

Ireland". No similar amendment is required in paragraph

1, as the phrase there is only a citation from the

1919 agreement.

Draft D should be amended to read "the representat-

ives of Germany, Belgium, His Britannic Majesty, etc.".
